Persea americana
The Hazzard avocado is a large, semi-pear-shaped fruit with dark green, pebbly skin, known for its creamy, buttery flesh and excellent flavor, ripening mid-season (April/May in warmer areas). It comes from a compact, semi-dwarf tree, making it great for small yards, and while self-fertile (Type A), it benefits from a Type B pollinator for better yields, ripening after picking with the skin staying green.
