Vaccinium corymbosum
Sharpe Blue is one of the best blueberries for home growers in Queensland – it thrives in our warmer winters and starts producing early in the season. Despite being compact in size, it’s a heavy cropper with small to medium fruit that’s full of flavour.
This variety is also self-pollinating, but planting two can give you a bigger harvest. Great for pots, balconies, or tucked into garden beds.
