Macadamia integrifolia
The A203 macadamia is a well-known Australian selection valued for its large nut size and excellent kernel recovery. It produces round to slightly oval nuts with a relatively thinner shell, allowing the nut to crack cleanly and produce attractive whole kernels.
The kernels are bright white with a smooth, rich buttery flavour, making them highly regarded for eating fresh or roasting. A203 is known for producing large nuts consistently, which is why it has been widely used in macadamia orchards.
The tree has a vigorous spreading growth habit, forming a broad canopy with dense, glossy foliage. Compared with some more upright varieties, A203 tends to develop a wider tree structure, which helps support strong nut production once mature.
